Mr. G. S. RAJASEKARAN, B.E. has vast and experienced background in accounting, and turnaround Management of stressed assets. Possess varied exposure in Finance Management, Market Research, Banking and taxation Legal system and overcoming hurdles.
Apart from serving as Director in various Organisations, he has also held the Post of General Secretary, IFRASTE, MSME Association. His in-depth knowledge of MSMED Act, Interest on Delayed Payment Act, Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 & Limitation Act has helped resolve and settle disputes in favour of MSME and such orders are reported in law journals clarifying various position of law on MSMED Act and other connected laws on the subject. HE HAS BEEN ASSISTING MSMEs in their litigation matters for over 10 years providing the much-needed support to the sector at large.
